In Saint-Émilion, Logis de la Cadène gets a makeover

The lights at Logis de la Cadène have been off for a long time. But after several months of work, the emblematic Saint-Émilion venue is getting ready to reopen its doors and windows with a brand new décor.

On the restaurant side, the Chef’s gastronomic offer sees the addition of an extra room: a new lounge with an open fireplace now welcomes guests, who can quench their thirst with a glass of wine or Champagne before sampling the Chef’s Michelin-starred cuisine.

The dining rooms have new place settings, and a completely redesigned interior featuring light-coloured wood, raw materials and luminous glazing.

On the hotel side, three new rooms bearing the hallmark of discreet luxury, designed by Laurent Château, feature wood panelling, antique furniture, stone walls and exposed beams. Logis de la Cadène continues to write its history and bring to life the art of entertaining and the heritage of Saint-Émilion.
