Recognition from the demanding Gault&Millau

When recognition comes from the demanding Gault&Millau, it is displayed with pride.

The team behind the famous guide, which has been travelling the roads of France for half a century to promote local gastronomy, this year recognises the work of Damien Amilien, who has been awarded the prestigious title of Best Pastry Chef in South-West France.

Steeve Belescot, our maître d’hôtel, is winner of the no less prestigious Concours d’éloquence - recognising his elegant way with words and his ability to tell the story of each dish, explaining the perfect pairings with our wines.
